Pranayama


The Pranayama is composed of various ways of relaxing and controlling breathing. It is composed of Breathe Retention, Channel Cleaning Breath, Conqueror Breath, Deer Seal, Lion Pose, Single Nostril Breath, Skull Brightener Breath and Yoga of Sound Breath. Some of these yoga poses are accompanied by incantations and textual guidance. These breath control methods can be used as the warm up for restorative yoga or any other form of yoga. Controlling the breath requires practice and peace of mind; otherwise you will not be able to come up with a good breathing exercise.
