Dolphin Plank Pose

The core poses are composed of the Cat pose, Dolphin Plank pose, Full Boat pose, Crane pose, Dolphin pose, Happy Baby pose, Shoulder-pressing pose, Plank pose and Side-Reclining Leg Lift. What is salient with this group of poses is the stretching of the legs or arms for a position that rests the joints and relaxes the breathing patterns.  Meanwhile, there are other poses that extend inward or upward. The core requires that you have a good balance. Your center should be well-defined, as this would define whether you will be able to do the pose or not. Do not stretch yourself if you feel that you will lose your balance. The goal or yoga is for you to do the poses effortlessly; doing them harshly will forfeit the role of yoga.
