Elbow Balance Pose

The Feathered Peacock pose, also known as the forearm or elbow balance, needs a wall where you will latch your feet as it extends upward and your arms carry all the weight. The headstand, now popular in modern dances, is actually a yoga pose with the two palms faced downward connecting to the floor as the entire body is lifted up. The Plow pose is a complicated pose that helps reduce backache.  This pose can also help you sleep. The supported headstand differs from the Headstand because the head is directly in contact with the floor while it is supported by the arms aligned against it.  The Supported Headstand, on the other hand, needs a blanked support for the shoulders.
